This page is for SkillSathi users who want to request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

Submit a deletion request

Send the request from the email address linked to your SkillSathi account. This allows us to verify account ownership before we process the request.

Or email us directly at skillsathiofficials@gmail.com with the subject “SkillSathi account deletion request”.

Data we will delete

  • • Account and profile information
  • • Profile photo, resume, and uploaded files
  • • Course enrollments, progress, and notes
  • • Career Analyzer responses and results
  • • Skill verification and certificate records where applicable

Verification and retention

We may ask for additional information to verify that the request belongs to the account owner. Limited records may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or accounting purposes. Any retained information will be limited to that purpose.
